It's strange to think my birthday is in a few days. Not strange in the sense that I don't want it to happen or I fear being another year older. Simply strange in the sense that I really could... care less. Much less than nothing. Aren't I supposed to still be excited about these sorts of things? I guess not.
Alexa McDonough may very well be the only level-headed politician in the face of all this. I love her to pieces for that, her sticktoitiveness.
